How we detect, respond to, and notify you about security incidents, including breach notification under Korean law.
We monitor our systems and investigate anomalies. To date, DontCode has had zero reported security incidents affecting customer data. If an incident occurs, we triage it by severity and act to contain it and limit impact.
If a personal-data breach occurs, we notify affected users and report to the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) as required by the Personal Information Protection Act, without delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware for qualifying breaches.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to privacy@dontcode.co. We review reports promptly and will keep you informed.
