Quick Overview

Who Can Use

Solo entrepreneurs, teams, and enterprises who want to build web applications without writing code

Applications, databases, and content you create on DontCode belong to you

Fair Use

Use the platform for lawful purposes: no malicious software, no abuse of AI resources

1. Service Overview

DontCode is an AI-powered no-code platform that lets you build, deploy, and manage production-ready web applications. Describe your idea in plain language and our specialized AI agents generate the code, database schemas, workflows, and assets for your application, complete with authentication, hosting, and a live URL.

By creating an account or using any DontCode service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using DontCode on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Accounts & Access

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account (via email, Google OAuth, or Kakao OAuth)
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account
  • If you invite team members to a project, you are responsible for managing their roles and permissions
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

3. Acceptable Use

You Agree Not To

  • Build or deploy applications that are illegal, harmful, or violate the rights of others
  • Abuse AI generation resources (e.g., automated bulk requests, scraping AI outputs for use outside the platform)
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or proprietary systems powering DontCode
  • Submit templates to the marketplace that contain malicious code, deceptive content, or infringe on intellectual property
  • Interfere with platform infrastructure or other users' access to the service

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the applications, databases, assets, and content you create using DontCode. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects.

Our Platform

The DontCode platform, AI models, editor interface, infrastructure packages, and branding are the intellectual property of StormLabs. Your right to use these is granted through your subscription.

5. Template Marketplace

DontCode includes a template marketplace where creators can publish and sell app templates. By submitting a template:

  • You represent that the template is your original work or that you have the rights to distribute it
  • Templates are subject to staff review and approval before being listed publicly
  • Revenue from paid templates is shared according to the creator program terms in effect at the time of sale
  • DontCode reserves the right to remove templates that violate these terms or our content policies

6. Copyright Infringement & Content Takedown (저작권 침해 신고 및 게시중단)

DontCode hosts content that users create and upload, including project assets, marketplace templates, and deployed applications. If you believe content on DontCode or on an app deployed through DontCode infringes your copyright, you may request that it be taken down. We process takedown requests under Articles 102 and 103 of the Copyright Act of the Republic of Korea (저작권법), which require online service providers to suspend infringing content upon a substantiated request. For rights holders outside Korea, we also accept notices submitted under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512).

How to Submit a Takedown Request

  • Identify the copyrighted work you claim is infringed, with evidence that you own it or are authorized to act for the owner
  • Provide the exact URL or location of the infringing content on DontCode or the deployed app
  • Include your name, email address, and contact information
  • Include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • Sign the request (a typed full name in an email is accepted as an electronic signature)

What Happens After a Valid Request

  • We suspend or remove the reported content promptly and notify the user who uploaded it
  • The uploader may submit a counter-notice with evidence of lawful rights to the content. If the counter-notice is valid, we notify the original claimant and may restore the content as permitted by law
  • Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content are suspended or terminated

These procedures follow the online service provider liability rules in Article 102 of the Korean Copyright Act and the DMCA safe harbor provisions. Acting on a takedown request is not an admission of liability by any party. How we handle the personal data in a takedown notice is described in our Privacy Policy.
