A buyer in Korea can’t pay

PayPal doesn’t allow a payment when both the seller’s and the buyer’s PayPal accounts are Korean. PayPal is for buyers abroad.

A payment shows as pending

Some PayPal payments, and some refunds, wait for PayPal’s approval before they complete. Set the webhook from the main guide so their final status reaches DontCode.

No payment window opens

That is how PayPal works: it shows its own button on your checkout instead of a window.

Testing PayPal

With a PayPal test channel, pay from a PayPal sandbox buyer account whose country is not Korea, such as the US.
