Checks, every build tested before it goes live
Every update to your app is tested before your customers see it. As each feature is built, DontCode writes short, plain checks for it, like "a customer can book a time slot" or "a visitor cannot see the staff page", each run as the kind of user it is about. If an update breaks one, it does not go live and your app stays as it was. You decide when a check is no longer needed, and nothing is ever removed without you. Available on Pro and Enterprise.
Where to enable it
Find it in your project editor. No code required.
Inside the editor, head to Features.
Open in my projectRelated features
Open as, try your app as each kind of user
See your app exactly as a customer, a staff member, or a signed-out visitor would, in one click. It opens a safe practice copy of your app filled with sample data, so you can click around freely; nothing you do there touches real customers or real data. Your app's checks run in the same practice copy. Available on Pro and Enterprise.
Features, the project features list
Every feature your app has or will have, in one list, the most important first. Home always shows the next one with a Build button, so you can grow your app one feature at a time, or pick several here. Insight moves each feature along on its own as builds finish.
History, every change from request to live
Every change you ask for shows up here and you can follow it all the way: asked, built, checked, live. If something stops a change from going live, it says so right there, with the reason. The step-by-step details and logs are one click away when you want them.
Version history & restore
Every change you make is kept in History. If the latest one went wrong, press Undo; to go further back, press Restore on any earlier version. Your app is back in a minute or two, your customers' data stays exactly as it is, and nothing is ever lost: you can always restore a later version again.
