Changing your tables in plain words
Describe the change you want, like "add a notes field to orders", and Insight prepares it for you to review and apply. Each change is checked first and either goes through completely or not at all. Adding is always safe; if a change removes or renames something, you are told before you apply it that older versions of your app may stop working if you go back to them.
Where to enable it
Find it in your project editor. No code required.
Inside the editor, head to Db.

Structure, your tables in plain words
A picture of how your data fits together. Each box is a list of things, like orders or customers, and each line shows one thing pointing at another, like an order pointing at the customer who placed it. Columns are described in plain words, such as "Links to customers" or "Choice: pending, paid, shipped", so you never need database vocabulary to read it.
Version history & restore
Every change you make is kept in History. If the latest one went wrong, press Undo; to go further back, press Restore on any earlier version. Your app is back in a minute or two, your customers' data stays exactly as it is, and nothing is ever lost: you can always restore a later version again.
