Class sign-up with monthly tuition
Students sign up for a class or lesson and pay monthly tuition in the app; it renews on its own and your class list stays current. Renewal and payment notices are already sent for you.
The problem this solves
Academies, studios and tutors chase tuition every month: transfers to check, reminders to send, a spreadsheet of who paid. A monthly plan that renews on its own takes that whole job off your desk.
What you end up with
Each class is a monthly plan. A student picks a class, signs up and pays; the card or pay app is charged each month, and DontCode emails them before renewal and if a payment fails. You see every class with its students and who is paid up, on a page only you and your teachers open.
How it works
- Each class or kind of lesson becomes a monthly plan with its price.
- A student picks a class, creates an account and pays in the app.
- Tuition renews every month on its own; DontCode emails the student before renewal and if a payment fails.
- Your class page lists each class's students and whether they're paid up.
- A student who stops is taken off the list when their month ends.
Build this in your app
Insight asks a few questions first, so it fits your app.
Built from
Subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise, ...)
PaymentsSet up the plans your customers subscribe to, like Free, Pro or Team, each with its price in won or US dollars and a weekly, monthly or yearly cycle. Tell Insight what you want to charge, and it keeps the plans the same everywhere your app uses them.
Subscription management & comping
PaymentsSee your customers' subscriptions on the Subscriptions tab of Payments: who, how often, how much, since when, and the status. Customers cancel from inside your app, and refunds happen there too; ask Insight to add those buttons. You can also give someone a free subscription, for a trial or a partner, by asking Insight.
Card payments
PaymentsYour customers can pay by card right in your app's checkout, once or on a subscription that renews on its own. Price in won or US dollars. DontCode handles the security and confirmations; you add your payout account, and payments open once DontCode turns them on for your app.
KakaoPay
PaymentsKakaoPay is built into your app's checkout, next to card, NaverPay and Toss Pay. Your customers choose it when they pay; DontCode handles the merchant setup, security keys, and payment confirmations. There's no payment code to write and no keys to manage: add your payout account, and payments open once DontCode turns them on for your app.
User roles & custom claims
AuthenticationSort the people in your app into roles, such as customer, staff or admin, so each one sees and does only what fits. Pick the role new people get, decide which roles people can choose themselves, and store extra details like a company name on every account. Having more than one role depends on your plan.

The day before each booking, the customer gets a friendly email with the time, the place and a button to change or cancel, so fewer people forget to show up.
Staff-only pages
Give staff their own sign-in: they see today's orders and bookings and can update them, while sales numbers and settings stay with you.
Month-end close for your accountant
