Month-end close for your accountant
On the 1st, last month's sales arrive totalled by item and by payment method, with refunds listed apart, and a spreadsheet you can forward to your accountant as is.
The problem this solves
Every month your accountant asks for the same thing, and every month you export, sort and explain it again. The numbers are already in your app; they just need to arrive, already laid out, on the 1st.
What you end up with
An email on the 1st with last month's total, sales by item and by payment method (card, KakaoPay, NaverPay, Toss) and refunds. Every transaction is saved in a spreadsheet each month, on a page only you open, ready to forward.
How it works
- On the 1st of every month at 9 AM, in your own time zone, it starts on its own.
- It totals last month's paid orders by item and by payment method.
- Refunds are listed apart, so the total is what you really kept.
- Every transaction goes into a spreadsheet, kept in your private files, one per month.
- You get the summary by email, with a link to the page where the files wait.
Build this in your app
Insight asks a few questions first, so it fits your app.
Built from
Scheduled jobs (cron)
Scheduled jobsMake something happen on a schedule: every hour, every Monday morning, the first of the month. Pick when in your own time, say what should happen in plain words, and DontCode writes and runs it for you.
Transactional email
Email & pushEmail just works. Your app already sends sign-up codes, password resets and payment receipts, and any email your features need, like an order confirmation or a weekly summary, is added for you. There is no mail server to set up, and if your app speaks more than one language, each customer gets their emails in theirs. The Emails page shows what was sent and lets you put your brand on customer emails. If an address bounces, your app stops emailing it, marks that person on the Users page, and lets you send to them again once they fix it.
Card payments
PaymentsYour customers can pay by card right in your app's checkout, once or on a subscription that renews on its own. Price in won or US dollars. DontCode handles the security and confirmations; you add your payout account, and payments open once DontCode turns them on for your app.
KakaoPay
PaymentsKakaoPay is built into your app's checkout, next to card, NaverPay and Toss Pay. Your customers choose it when they pay; DontCode handles the merchant setup, security keys, and payment confirmations. There's no payment code to write and no keys to manage: add your payout account, and payments open once DontCode turns them on for your app.
Public and private storage buckets
StorageEach file is either public, with a link that never changes, for pictures and videos shown in your app, or private, with a link that works for an hour, for documents and the files your users send. Switch a file between the two from the Files page. Making a file private turns off its lasting link, so stop showing it in your app first.

Class sign-up with monthly tuition
Students sign up for a class or lesson and pay monthly tuition in the app; it renews on its own and your class list stays current. Renewal and payment notices are already sent for you.
Low-stock alert
When an item runs low, you get one email with what's running out and how many are left, in time to reorder. Sold-out items can switch themselves off in your shop.
