A shared board for a group project: a card for each task, moved between To do, Doing and Done, with every change showing up for the whole team instantly.
The problem this solves
Group projects fall apart over 'I thought you were doing that'. A board everyone edits, showing who took what and what's left, settles it without another meeting.
What you end up with
Your team signs in to a board with three columns. Anyone can add a card, take it, add a due date and move it along, and the board moves on everyone's screen as it happens. Only your team can see it.
How it works
- You invite your teammates by email.
- Anyone adds a card for a task, with a due date if it has one.
- Take a card to show it's yours, then move it to Doing and on to Done.
- Every change shows up on everyone's screen right away.
- Only people on the team can open the board.
