Morning prep list
Every morning, today's pre-orders and bookings arrive grouped by item and by time, ready to print for the kitchen or the front desk.
The problem this solves
Twelve pre-orders with three kinds of cake turn into a lot of mental math at 7 AM. The kitchen needs totals by item; the front desk needs the list by time. Both should be on paper before the doors open.
What you end up with
At 7 AM, an email in two parts: totals by item for the kitchen (6 chocolate, 4 strawberry), and the day by time for the front desk (11:00 Kim, 2 strawberry). It prints cleanly on one page.
How it works
- Every morning at 7 AM, in your own time zone, the list starts on its own.
- It gathers today's pre-orders and bookings that still stand.
- The kitchen part adds up each item across all orders.
- The front desk part lists the day by time, with names and notes.
- The email is laid out to print on a single page.
Build this in your app
Insight asks a few questions first, so it fits your app.

Scheduled jobs (cron)
Scheduled jobsMake something happen on a schedule: every hour, every Monday morning, the first of the month. Pick when in your own time, say what should happen in plain words, and DontCode writes and runs it for you.
Transactional email
Email & pushEmail just works. Your app already sends sign-up codes, password resets and payment receipts, and any email your features need, like an order confirmation or a weekly summary, is added for you. There is no mail server to set up, and if your app speaks more than one language, each customer gets their emails in theirs. The Emails page shows what was sent and lets you put your brand on customer emails. If an address bounces, your app stops emailing it, marks that person on the Users page, and lets you send to them again once they fix it.
Data, your live rows like a spreadsheet
DatabaseSee and edit your app's real data like a spreadsheet. Open tables side by side in tabs, search and filter them, and fix a value in place. Changes wait until you press Apply, then all of them are saved or none are, so your live data is never left half-edited. Every row keeps a history of who changed what, and you can download any view as a CSV file. Removing someone from your list of users also removes their account, so only owners and admins can do it.
