"We miss you" for regulars
When a regular hasn't ordered or visited in a while, they get a warm note from you, with a small thank-you if you choose. One email, then nothing until they come back.
The problem this solves
Regulars drift away quietly: a new job, a new route, a habit that slipped. You notice weeks later, if at all. A personal note at the right moment brings many of them back, but nobody has time to watch every customer.
What you end up with
Every week, customers who used to come often but haven't in 30 days get one email in your voice, with a thank-you offer if you set one. If they come back, they're a regular again; if not, they won't hear from you again for months.
How it works
- Every Tuesday at 11 AM, in your own time zone, it starts on its own.
- It finds customers who ordered or visited several times, but not in the last 30 days.
- Each gets one warm email from you, with your thank-you offer if you set one.
- Anyone who comes back counts as a regular again.
- Nobody gets this email more than once in three months, and anyone can turn it off.
Build this in your app
Insight asks a few questions first, so it fits your app.

Scheduled jobs (cron)
Scheduled jobsMake something happen on a schedule: every hour, every Monday morning, the first of the month. Pick when in your own time, say what should happen in plain words, and DontCode writes and runs it for you.
Transactional email
Email & pushEmail just works. Your app already sends sign-up codes, password resets and payment receipts, and any email your features need, like an order confirmation or a weekly summary, is added for you. There is no mail server to set up, and if your app speaks more than one language, each customer gets their emails in theirs. The Emails page shows what was sent and lets you put your brand on customer emails. If an address bounces, your app stops emailing it, marks that person on the Users page, and lets you send to them again once they fix it.
Data, your live rows like a spreadsheet
DatabaseSee and edit your app's real data like a spreadsheet. Open tables side by side in tabs, search and filter them, and fix a value in place. Changes wait until you press Apply, then all of them are saved or none are, so your live data is never left half-edited. Every row keeps a history of who changed what, and you can download any view as a CSV file. Removing someone from your list of users also removes their account, so only owners and admins can do it.

The day after an order or a visit, the customer gets a short email asking how it went. Good reviews show on your site once you approve them; unhappy ones come straight to you.
Left without paying
When a customer fills their cart or picks a booking time and leaves before paying, they get a gentle reminder a few hours later with one button back to where they stopped.
