Low-stock alert
When an item runs low, you get one email with what's running out and how many are left, in time to reorder. Sold-out items can switch themselves off in your shop.
The problem this solves
Running out of your best seller on a busy day costs more than the item. Counting stock by hand is the first thing to slip when it's busy, and that's exactly when things run out.
What you end up with
Every afternoon, if anything is at or below the level you set, you get a short list: item, how many are left, and how fast it's been selling. An item that hits zero shows as sold out on your site until you restock.
How it works
- Each item has a stock count and a 'running low' level you choose.
- Each sale takes from the count.
- Every afternoon at 3 PM, anything at or below its level goes into one email.
- An item that hits zero shows as sold out until you add stock.
- You get one alert per item until it's restocked, not one every day.
Build this in your app
Insight asks a few questions first, so it fits your app.

Scheduled jobs (cron)
Scheduled jobsMake something happen on a schedule: every hour, every Monday morning, the first of the month. Pick when in your own time, say what should happen in plain words, and DontCode writes and runs it for you.
Transactional email
Email & pushEmail just works. Your app already sends sign-up codes, password resets and payment receipts, and any email your features need, like an order confirmation or a weekly summary, is added for you. There is no mail server to set up, and if your app speaks more than one language, each customer gets their emails in theirs. The Emails page shows what was sent and lets you put your brand on customer emails. If an address bounces, your app stops emailing it, marks that person on the Users page, and lets you send to them again once they fix it.
Data, your live rows like a spreadsheet
DatabaseSee and edit your app's real data like a spreadsheet. Open tables side by side in tabs, search and filter them, and fix a value in place. Changes wait until you press Apply, then all of them are saved or none are, so your live data is never left half-edited. Every row keeps a history of who changed what, and you can download any view as a CSV file. Removing someone from your list of users also removes their account, so only owners and admins can do it.
