Tomorrow's bookings, the evening before
Every evening, you and your staff get tomorrow's bookings and pre-orders in one email, in time order, so prep starts on time and nobody is surprised.
The problem this solves
Tomorrow's list lives in the app, but the morning rush is no time to open it. When the schedule arrives the night before, the team knows who is coming, what to prepare and who to call.
What you end up with
At 8 PM, an email with tomorrow's bookings and pre-orders by time: name, what they booked, party size or items, and notes. A quiet day says so in one line.
How it works
- Every evening at 8 PM, in your own time zone, the list starts on its own.
- It gathers tomorrow's bookings and pre-orders that still stand.
- They're laid out by time, with names, what was booked and any notes.
- The email goes to you and the staff you add.
- A day with nothing booked gets a one-line note instead.
Build this in your app
Insight asks a few questions first, so it fits your app.
Built from
Scheduled jobs (cron)
Scheduled jobsMake something happen on a schedule: every hour, every Monday morning, the first of the month. Pick when in your own time, say what should happen in plain words, and DontCode writes and runs it for you.
Transactional email
Email & pushEmail just works. Your app already sends sign-up codes, password resets and payment receipts, and any email your features need, like an order confirmation or a weekly summary, is added for you. There is no mail server to set up, and if your app speaks more than one language, each customer gets their emails in theirs. The Emails page shows what was sent and lets you put your brand on customer emails. If an address bounces, your app stops emailing it, marks that person on the Users page, and lets you send to them again once they fix it.
Data, your live rows like a spreadsheet
DatabaseSee and edit your app's real data like a spreadsheet. Open tables side by side in tabs, search and filter them, and fix a value in place. Changes wait until you press Apply, then all of them are saved or none are, so your live data is never left half-edited. Every row keeps a history of who changed what, and you can download any view as a CSV file. Removing someone from your list of users also removes their account, so only owners and admins can do it.
User roles & custom claims
AuthenticationSort the people in your app into roles, such as customer, staff or admin, so each one sees and does only what fits. Pick the role new people get, decide which roles people can choose themselves, and store extra details like a company name on every account. Having more than one role depends on your plan.
