Portfolio with a contact form
Show your projects on a clean portfolio site, and let anyone who likes your work write to you from a form that lands in your inbox, with your email kept private.
The problem this solves
A portfolio without a way to reach you is a dead end, and putting your email on the page invites spam. A simple form brings you the message and keeps your address out of sight.
What you end up with
A projects page with images and short write-ups you can update yourself, and a contact form asking for name, email and message. Each message reaches your inbox ready to answer, and all of them are kept on a private page.
How it works
- Your projects go on a page with images and a few lines each.
- A contact form asks for a name, an email and a message.
- Each message is saved and emailed to you; reply and it goes straight to the sender.
- The sender gets a short thank-you.
- Your own address never appears on the site.
Build this in your app
Insight asks a few questions first, so it fits your app.
Built from
Forms
App servicesNeed a contact form, a booking form or a survey? Describe the fields and the page it belongs on, and Insight builds it. Submissions are saved in your database, where you can browse them, and you can get an email each time someone sends one.
Transactional email
Email & pushEmail just works. Your app already sends sign-up codes, password resets and payment receipts, and any email your features need, like an order confirmation or a weekly summary, is added for you. There is no mail server to set up, and if your app speaks more than one language, each customer gets their emails in theirs. The Emails page shows what was sent and lets you put your brand on customer emails. If an address bounces, your app stops emailing it, marks that person on the Users page, and lets you send to them again once they fix it.
Uploading files & assets
StorageUpload files and images from the Files page, by button or by dropping them in, or by attaching them in a chat with Insight. Choose whether each file is public (for things shown in your app) or private (for documents), and DontCode handles secure storage and fast delivery worldwide.
Data, your live rows like a spreadsheet
DatabaseSee and edit your app's real data like a spreadsheet. Open tables side by side in tabs, search and filter them, and fix a value in place. Changes wait until you press Apply, then all of them are saved or none are, so your live data is never left half-edited. Every row keeps a history of who changed what, and you can download any view as a CSV file. Removing someone from your list of users also removes their account, so only owners and admins can do it.
