Inviting teammates by email or link
Bring people onto your project by email, or with a link you can share in a chat. Pick what each person can do before they join, see every invite still waiting, and take one back any time. Invites expire after a week, and how many teammates you can have depends on your plan.
Where to enable it
Find it in your project editor. No code required.
Inside the editor, head to Team → Invites.

Team members & roles
Invite teammates and give each one a role. Admins can do everything but delete the project or bring a new domain onto it. Editors build the app and change its content, while billing, sign-in and security settings stay with owners and admins. Viewers can look and change nothing, which suits legal review or an investor demo.
Handing the project to someone else
Hand your project to a teammate when the time comes. Pick one of your admins and confirm: they become the owner and the project moves onto their plan, you stay on as an admin, and you choose which of the project's domains go with it. They get an email, and the handover is recorded in Activity.
Handing the project to a client
Built an app for a client? Type their email and send it. They accept, and the app is theirs: it runs on their plan and they pay for it, while you stay on to keep helping. Pick which of the app's domains go with it, and see beforehand what the app would lose on the free plan.
Usage & plan limits
The Usage page shows how much of your plan you are using in one place: app users, team seats, storage, emails, scheduled jobs, and how often your app reads and saves its data, each against its limit, with a heads-up when you are getting close. We also email you when you are getting close, and again if you reach a limit. People who already have an account keep signing in when you reach your user limit, and you have two weeks to upgrade before new sign-ups pause. Step back through earlier billing periods, and see which services slowed requests down in the last week. Charts of visits and sign-ups over time live on Analytics. If a bigger plan would lift a limit you are near, there is a button to upgrade right there. The limits themselves depend on your plan.
