Live support chat
Visitors and users chat with you from a small bubble in your app, and you answer from a staff inbox that updates the moment a message arrives. If you're away, they leave an email and get the answer there.
The problem this solves
Most questions that lose you a customer take a minute to answer, if they reach you while the person is still there. A contact form is too slow; an outside chat widget is one more bill and one more login.
What you end up with
A chat bubble on the pages you choose. Messages appear in your inbox instantly, with who's typing and who's online, and your replies appear in theirs just as fast. Conversations are kept, and anyone who leaves before you answer gets your reply by email.
How it works
- A chat bubble appears on the pages you pick.
- A visitor writes, and the message shows in your staff inbox right away.
- You reply from the inbox; they see it instantly, with typing shown both ways.
- If they've left, they get your reply by email at the address they gave.
- Every conversation is kept, so the next person on your team sees the history.
Build this in your app
Insight asks a few questions first, so it fits your app.
Built from
Realtime (live updates, chat, presence)
PlatformAdd live features that update the moment something changes, with no refresh, like chat, typing indicators, a live 'who is online' list, and instant notifications. DontCode runs the live connection for you, so there is nothing to set up or keep running.
User roles & custom claims
AuthenticationSort the people in your app into roles, such as customer, staff or admin, so each one sees and does only what fits. Pick the role new people get, decide which roles people can choose themselves, and store extra details like a company name on every account. Having more than one role depends on your plan.
Transactional email
Email & pushEmail just works. Your app already sends sign-up codes, password resets and payment receipts, and any email your features need, like an order confirmation or a weekly summary, is added for you. There is no mail server to set up, and if your app speaks more than one language, each customer gets their emails in theirs. The Emails page shows what was sent and lets you put your brand on customer emails. If an address bounces, your app stops emailing it, marks that person on the Users page, and lets you send to them again once they fix it.
Data, your live rows like a spreadsheet
DatabaseSee and edit your app's real data like a spreadsheet. Open tables side by side in tabs, search and filter them, and fix a value in place. Changes wait until you press Apply, then all of them are saved or none are, so your live data is never left half-edited. Every row keeps a history of who changed what, and you can download any view as a CSV file. Removing someone from your list of users also removes their account, so only owners and admins can do it.

Invite-only beta with a waitlist
People join a waitlist on your landing page; you let them in a batch at a time, each invite arriving with the right role already set, and a welcome on the way in.
Welcome emails for new sign-ups
A short series of emails that starts the moment someone signs up: a welcome, then the next useful step on day 1, a key feature on day 3, and an invite to share on day 7.
Act on events from another service
Get a private address that another service (a form tool, a delivery app, a calendar) sends its updates to. DontCode checks each one is genuine and saves it, and your app acts on it: a new row, an email, a status change.
