Staff-only pages
Give staff their own sign-in: they see today's orders and bookings and can update them, while sales numbers and settings stay with you.
The problem this solves
Sharing your own login with staff means sharing everything: sales, customer details, settings. Not sharing it means you answer every question yourself. Separate staff accounts let the team run the day without seeing the books.
What you end up with
You invite each staff member by email, and they sign in to pages made for the shift: today's orders and bookings, with buttons to mark things ready or picked up. Only you see sales, refunds and settings. Remove someone and their access ends at once.
How it works
- Your app gets a staff role next to yours.
- You invite staff by email; they set a password and sign in.
- Staff see the pages for running the day: today's orders and bookings, with buttons to mark them done.
- Sales, customer lists and settings stay on pages only you can open.
- Taking someone off staff ends their access right away.
Build this in your app
Insight asks a few questions first, so it fits your app.

User roles & custom claims
AuthenticationSort the people in your app into roles, such as customer, staff or admin, so each one sees and does only what fits. Pick the role new people get, decide which roles people can choose themselves, and store extra details like a company name on every account. Having more than one role depends on your plan.
Inviting end-users to your app
AuthenticationLet a specific person in, even when sign-up is closed: add their email, pick their role and how long the invite lasts, then let them know. When they sign up with that email they get in with the role you chose. You can also create an account for someone yourself.
Data, your live rows like a spreadsheet
DatabaseSee and edit your app's real data like a spreadsheet. Open tables side by side in tabs, search and filter them, and fix a value in place. Changes wait until you press Apply, then all of them are saved or none are, so your live data is never left half-edited. Every row keeps a history of who changed what, and you can download any view as a CSV file. Removing someone from your list of users also removes their account, so only owners and admins can do it.
